Who we are

PeakZone is provided by the operator of this website, referred to below as “we”. You can reach us at office@peakzoneapp.com.

What PeakZone is, and what it is not

PeakZone is software for the coaching staff of football clubs. It reads training data the club records, shows each player’s load in one of three bands, and explains what counted. Players may use a companion app for a daily check-in.

PeakZone is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It does not diagnose or predict injury. Everything it shows is information for qualified staff to weigh; every decision about a player’s training, treatment or availability remains with the club and its qualified staff.

Access and accounts

The app is available by invitation. A club is set up by us; the club’s coaches then invite staff and players. Your role in the app, and what you can see, is set by the club, not by you.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what is done under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is used against these terms.

Acceptable use

You may use PeakZone only for the club’s own load management. You may not enter data you have no right to enter, share another person’s data outside the club, copy or resell the service, try to work around its security, or use it to build a competing product.

Data

The club owns the data it records in PeakZone. We process it only to provide the service, and we host it on servers in the European Union.

A player’s own answers and anything about their health are handled on the basis of the player’s agreement, are kept apart from the club’s training data, and are removed when the player withdraws that agreement.

Training records and the decision history are kept for the club as its own record, for as long as the club uses the service. The club can ask for an export or for deletion at any time by writing to us.

Ownership

The software, its design and its text belong to us. A club that uses PeakZone receives a licence to use it for its own load management while it has access, and nothing more.

Availability and changes

We improve PeakZone continuously and may change or remove features. The app works without a signal and sends its data when it has one, but we cannot promise it will be available without interruption. Keep your own copies of the exports you import.

Liability

PeakZone gives information; it does not make decisions. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using it, for any injury, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

A club can stop using PeakZone at any time by writing to us. We can end access if these terms are broken. On ending, the club can ask for an export of its data, after which we delete it.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we publish the new version on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use PeakZone after that date means you accept the new version.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any dispute is brought before the courts of Romania. Where consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
